If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite You to review our Policy.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

PURCHASE TERMS OF AGREEMENT

The purchase of Services, digital products, including PDF downloads and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.

Unicodepoint reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.

GENERAL REFUND POLICY

Digital Products Like E-Books & Services are not Refundable or Returnable.

We do not provide refund for any product once the order is confirmed. There is no obligation to provide refund. Each provider reserves the right to offer refunds, discounts or other consideration in select circumstances at its sole discretion.

If the product will be refunded there will be charge on Refund Handling Fee of ₹20 | $0.25 per item, which would be applied through a total reduced refund or credit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

As a general rule, all sales made on unicodepoint are final and you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation of the same. unicodepoint reserves the sole right to cancel any order as per our discretion in case (i) we are unable to deliver the order in a satisfactory manner and/ or (ii) the user tries to take advantage of the system which violates the Terms of Use.

DELIVERY OF GOODS AND SERVICES

If you do not receive the digital product/service link upon purchasing, if you have further clarification and questions, you can immediately contact info@unicodepoint.net with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product/service is delivered as soon as possible.
